Pivot Around "That's Not My Job!"
Though we can always strengthen and refine the case for our work:
Here's a pivot we brainstormed with colleagues in California to keep the conversation productive when folks don't feel ownership over systems change. We said:
"I totally hear what you’re saying, because I used to feel that way, too! Then I realized that we could achieve our goals even quicker if we approached what we are doing a little differently."
