TheCaseMade Welcomes Lindsay Knotts and Orville Morales to its Growing Team

At TheCaseMade, we are delighted to welcome proven changemakers Lindsay Knotts and Orville Morales to our growing team of Strategic CaseMaking consultants! Lindsay joins the team as our consulting director of strategic partnerships and Orville joins as senior director of field building.

Lindsay is expert at curating partnerships and building consensus around complex social change policies at the local, state, and federal levels. Her mission is “partnership with purpose.”

Recent experience includes:

  • Contributing thinker and author to Community Change’s just released Housing Justice playbook.

  • Principal architect and consensus builder behind the federal government’s 2018 strategic plan to prevent and end homelessness, Home, Together.

  • Policy Director at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, where she had leadership responsibility for federal working groups charged with ending chronic homelessness, individual homelessness, and homelessness among

American Indians and Alaska Natives.

Lindsay has a Master’s in Social Work from West Virginia University. She recently moved back to her home state of West Virginia with her family and enjoys being outside as much as possible.

Why You’ll Love Orville… Orville is an educator passionate about making complex ideas around health, public safety, education, and economics more accessible to all kinds of audiences. He’s the founder of The People’s Lobbyist Training Academy, a learning platform designed to make politics more engaging to young adults and middle-aged professionals.

Recent experience includes:

  • Adjunct Professor of Health Policy and Administration at Montclair State University

  • Community campaign manager for the Public Good Projects, where he worked to decrease the sale of sugar-sweetened beverages throughout New Jersey

  • Field Director for the Member of Congress from NJ’s 9th Congressional District

Orville holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Anthropology and a Master’s in Business Administration from Montclair State University.  His hobbies include photography, drone videography, and salsa dancing.
