Strategic CaseMaking™ is about making the impossible possible –about giving you the tools and confidence to achieve the more just and sustainable world we are all seeking. Like any new skill set, it takes time and practice to get it right. These questions will help you assess the progress you’ve made and the road still ahead.
- • Did I share the results framework (assessment of the short-term, mid-term & long-term outcomes as measure of success)?
• Did I share my theory of change/action to help my stakeholders understand what makes me confident that we will generate the outcomes outlined in our case?
• Did I explain the process and frequency in which we'll review outcome metrics against our state goals?
• Am I calculating and sharing as part of my impact assessment the return on investment and social return on investment of my work?
