Dr. Victoria Brown

Victoria Brown (Dr. Queen) (she/her) is a solution-focused servant leader who is passionate about uplifting and empowering others around her. She has extensive experience working with diverse leaders across sectors and has researched the social implications of machine learning on workforce development. As Chief of Staff & Innovation for TheCaseMade, Dr. Queen is able to apply business development leadership through digital innovation, product/project management, and operational metrics. She holds a PhD in global leadership and change and a master’s in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s in psychology with a dual minor in entrepreneurship and Africana studies from Cal State Long Beach.
