Calling People to Action

Calling People to Action

Once we’ve done the work to show people what success can — and will — look like, we need to give them something to do! That means having a variety of specific options at the ready that appeal to people’s different interests, availability, and appetite for engagement. For example, some people may want to make phone calls, some will show up to meetings, others will build networks or talk to local officeholders. YThose opportunities need to be supported by a strong team and process so that people’s time, energy, and effort are not wasted. Leaders who are skilled at organizing effective calls to action build energy and excitement for their solution.
