Stakeholder Mapping

Once our vision and goals are clear, it’s important to figure out who we need with us on our journey. That means creating a wish list of all the people and partners in our community who can build momentum for our cause, including people with lived experience, public officials, unions, faith institutions, chambers of commerce, universities, healthcare systems, and more. Leaders who are skilled at pinpointing these key stakeholders, partnering with them in radically inclusive ways, and building their trust grow support for their solutions over time.
