Dr. Tiffany Manuel

Tiffany Manuel, “DrT”, is the creator of the Strategic CaseMaking™ leadership framework and is founder and CEO of TheCaseMade. She has worked with thousands of passionate social changemakers around the United States who are building better, stronger communities that are diverse, equitable and inclusive.  

DrT grew up in Detroit during one of the most turbulent times in the city’s history. Because of that experience, she has worked for more than 25 years, across the private and non-profit sectors, government and academia, to expand opportunity, equity and inclusion through more strategic policy and investments. 

DrT has served on numerous boards, including the National Academy of Sciences, Redress Movement, and KaBoom!. She is a lifetime member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, an African American public service sorority. She has a PhD in public policy from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
